Watercolor №29

At first, this idea appeared to me in soft pink tones, as if it were a dream, an inspiration.
But once I sat down to sketch, I began to realize it would turn into something else, something more real, more layered, more alive. That original wish faded from the painting, and something like a living affirmation began to take its place.
While painting, I suddenly felt such a strong desire to live, and to do more, to create more. More of what is right, harmonious, beautiful. Even though there are some imperfect spots in the finished painting, they are definitely not that dark patch you might find there.
Created in 2024.
Original painting is owned by my family.
